To all who sent in plastic for this recycling contest,
and to all the great bag counting volunteers!
 
We collected 215,125 bags for CFES and we won for the Northern district.  We will be getting a Trex bench and $500 towards a new playground!!
 
Thanks again !!  And remember you can still continue to help the environment!  You can drop your plastic bags off at Harris Teeter in their collection bins, in the cart area.

Welcome to the CFES PTA web-site.  This web-site will keep you up-to-date and informed on what is happening with the CFES PTA.  It will be updated at LEAST once a month – and on an as needed basis relating to certain PTA events and news.  This will also allow the PTA to put pictures from events that have occurred to share with those who may not have been able to attend.  You will be able to access forms for events, membership, etc. instead of waiting for them to come home with your child.  Please tell anyone you know who has a child at Christopher Farms or is planning on having their children attend Christopher Farms Elementary about this web-site.  Why the new web-site you ask? There have been suggestions from both parents and PTA members to try and reduce the amount of paperwork that is generated for various functions, events, and upcoming news.  Using this web-site as a source of information will reduce the amount of paperwork that comes home with your child/children.  Christopher Farms Elementary has graciously agreed to add the CFES PTA web-site as a link on their web-site, however, the CFES PTA manages the web-site and not Christopher Farms Elementary School.
